About Us

John Weaver founded Weaver Electric when he wired his home and several neighbor's homes so they could be connected to Mishawaka's new electrical grid in the 1941.  This was the beginning of Weaver Electric & Heating, which was incorporated in 1972.  His son, Don, inherited the business in 1974, and Don's son Kevin, and his wife, Anita, purchased the company from Don in 2011.

During it's history, Weaver Electric has worked with many area contractors, small businesses, and individual homeowners in both Indiana and Michigan.   We continue in this, and are also a certified Generac Dealer, Installer, and have on staff several certified service technicians.
